4. Payments

5. Refund Policy

Digital Courses

Refund requests may be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of enrollment.

Approved refunds will be processed after a 20% deduction towards platform, administrative, and processing costs.

Refund requests received after the 3-day refund window will not be eligible for refunds.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days after approval.

Webinar Registrations

All webinar registration fees are non-refundable.

However, webinar fees may be adjusted or credited toward eligible courses or training programs offered by 2xGrowthLab, subject to management discretion.

Mentorship & Guidance Programs

Live guidance sessions, consulting, mentorship calls, personalized coaching, and career guidance programs are non-refundable once booked, scheduled, or delivered.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Presentations
PDFs
Templates
Assignments
Course Materials
Branding Assets

are the exclusive intellectual property of Digitize Learning and 2xGrowthLab.
