2xGrowthLab – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At 2xGrowthLab, operated by Digitize Learning, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences and transparent policies for all learners.
Course Refund Policy
Students may request a refund within 3 calendar days of enrollment.
Approved refunds will be processed after a 20% standard deduction towards administrative expenses, payment gateway charges, platform maintenance, and operational costs.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The student must not have consumed more than 10% of the total course content.
- The student must not have downloaded, copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared course materials.
- The student must not have shared account credentials, login access, or course access with any third party.
- The student’s account must not show any suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or violation of platform policies.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of enrollment by emailing support@2xgrowthlab.com with enrollment and payment details.
After the 3-day refund period, no refund requests will be accepted.
Refunds, once approved, will generally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Webinar registration fees (including ₹12 promotional webinar registrations)
- Live mentorship or consultation sessions already attended
- Downloadable resources, templates, bonuses, or digital products that have already been accessed
- Any course where more than 10% of the content has been consumed
- Accounts found sharing login credentials or providing unauthorized access to others
2xGrowthLab reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
Webinar Registration Policy
The ₹12 Webinar Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
As webinar seats are reserved upon registration and associated operational costs are incurred immediately, cancellation or refund requests for webinar registrations cannot be accommodated.
Live Guidance & Mentorship Programs
Fees paid for live mentorship sessions, guidance programs, consulting services, or personalized support sessions are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled, booked, or delivered.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Failure to attend live sessions or webinars.
- Failure to complete a course.
- Change of mind after the refund period.
- Lack of usage of purchased course access.
- Violation of platform terms and conditions.
- Downloading, accessing, or extensively consuming course content beyond the refund eligibility period.
